There was no breakfast facility however the overall staff was very good very clean safe & ALL the staff were helpful & courteous thank you Jess who had many tasks over the Christmas break & did it all with a great smile 😃

I attended the venue for a private function that was being held there during the evening, and then decided to stay the night for ease and convenience. The hotel itself is lovely, a mix of history and modern improvements. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and facilities. It was clean, had tea making facilities with milk provided, and the modern shower was great after a long and busy day! The room was absolutely soundproof, and although when I went to bed I knew there was live music, and many, many people in the bar areas downstairs, I could not hear a sound in the room. The staff were exceptionally friendly at the event, and when checking in and out. There is informal parking behind the hotel which was easy to access and safe. The location is perfect, it’s a very easy to walk to the beautiful riverside area, the town centre, and lovely park that is in the centre of the Main Street. The price was of the room was very reasonable, I could not recommend this property more highly.

Great location. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help. Room was better than expected, 2 seperate area's bedroom and kitchenette which also had a sofa and kitchen table with 4 chairs. Coffee machine, small fridge which probably could have had some milk for the coffee however they did have an area in the corridor which had any additional items such as milk or sugar available. The meals in the pub were huge and delicious. Will be going back again.

I'd alerted reception to my very late arrival and was assured this was fine. While travelling to arrive, the lady on reception rang me to check all was okay. On arrival and in conversation, she offered some really valuable and money saving information regarding the trains from Wagga.

Staff were very friendly and helpful; room was clean, and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. Quiet location even though the bar was down stairs, the complimentary vouchers were a bonus and muchly appreciated. Lovely enviroment and nice rooms
